If you dont like the idea of editing ThinApp files manually you may want to look at the couple of links below for a couple of editors.

Another interesting site that I found on my searching for an editor is http://www.thindownload.com/ the site has direct download links for various freeware applications that have already been ThinApp'd. There is also a builder demo for download.
